Bristol-Myers Squibb

North American Capability Center

Bristol-Myers Squibb required site selection and incentives consultation for its $21 million, 600-job North American Capability Center (NACC). The goal for the NACC was to house key enterprise services—technology, finance, and accounting—alongside research and analytics and to do so in a cost-effective market. The NACC needed to identify and prove out low-cost, but high-quality markets with diverse pools of talent. Tampa, FL was chosen as the new location. The location decision included incentives benefits estimated at approximately $8 million in value. The entire assignment was completed within nine months.
